We offer a variety of contests through various means in our desktop application (the “Client”) and through our website www.PlayVIG.com (the “Website”), where we provide information about our product and its services and our online store. In this Privacy Policy we describe how we collect, use, and disclose personal information that we receive about visitors to our Client and Website. Personal data is information that can be used on its own or collectively with other information to identify a specific person. Personal data that has been rendered anonymous in such a way that the individual is no longer identifiable is not considered personal data.

What personal information do we collect from you directly when you visit our Website or Client?

  • When you redeem coins for merchandise in the PlayVIG Store, you may be asked for your full name, street address, and your phone number.

  • If you no longer wish to have your personal data stored with us, upon contacting us we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we have a legal obligation to continue to store such data.

  • You may deactivate your PlayVIG account by removing the application from your computer and contacting us at support@test.playvig.com.

Information we collect for analytics purposes:

Our Website and Client uses third party cookies from Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. This gives us insight into behavioral information relating to visitor age, gender and interests on an anonymous and aggregate level. This will help us to understand browsing behavior to give you a better experience whilst visiting our site. Using the Ad Settings, you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.

Third-party disclosure

We never sell, lease, swap or otherwise provide any of your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party, ever. The only exception is if we are compelled to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Children’s Privacy

Players on PlayVIG must be at least thirteen (13) years of age. As per our Terms of Service, the parents and/or legal guardian must review and agree to them. We do not collect any personal information from anyone younger than (13). If we discover that a child under 13 has used the Client or Website we will delete such a user immediately.
